This covers technician time and travel costs.

• Travel Fee: $1.25 per mile for each additional mile beyond a 25-mile radius of Nashville (round trip).

• Equipment Fee: If a lift is required, it will be invoiced at cost + 15%.
• Payment: Payment is due when the technician completes the service at your home.
• Repairs:
  • If the issue is resolved without the need for materials, you’ll be charged the Base Fee plus any time beyond the first hour.
  • If materials or parts are required, you’ll be billed for time, materials (plus 20%), and the replacement part.
• Warranty: Warranty-covered issues still require payment of the Base Fee and any labor time incurred.

We will also use this Maintenance visit to recommend upgrades, as we will be adding Energy Efficiency & Smart Management components to our offering.
